Do
you need to produce lists of members that belong to
a group, have a particular skill or need visiting? Would
it be helpful to print mailing labels, invitations,
letters or a membership list?
Does the duplication of information frustrate
you? If you are entering a family of four why do you
have to enter the same address four times? Would you
like to record family and individuals' information so
that it can be used for different mailings?
Do you need to give access to a large number
of users either on a network or using one computer?
Give each user their own access rights so they can open
just those screens you specify and/or have READ-ONLY
access so they can look but can't touch the data?
Would it be useful to have many people or family
records open on screen so information can be viewed,
edited or copied between records?
Would you feel more comfortable to know that
sensitive information is encrypted?
Would you like to be able to send emails to individuals,
groups and add attachments such as reports to these
emails?
Do you like
computer software to be friendly, easy to use and to
deliver what it promises?
