HMRC Accredited Claim Procedure

Donations Co-ordinator v7 has been developed from the very successful version 6 and has been updated to ensure that Gift Aid and GASDS claims are submitted via the HMRC’s new digital engine (introduced in October 2017) [All online claims must be submitted using this new system from February 2018 on wards].

The claim process is quick and easy – you simply Click and Claim. If you have Internet access then you simply click (you can check that the details are correct) and automatically send the claim directly to the HMRC. There is no need for messy spreadsheets or printouts. However you can also produce a printout of all the donations claimed if you wish. Our new claiming procedure has been accredited by the HMRC.

You can easily manage the Small Donations Scheme (GASDS) and claim these either online or via the relevant spreadsheet both available within Donations Co-ordinator. Simply enter the donations, your GASDS limit (normally £8000) and that’s it! Donations Co-ordinator will claim on these donations up to the maximum allowed for that particular tax year.
