Windows based, Finance Co-ordinator provides a framework
to help you produce accounts in accordance with the
Charities Act. It handles funds whether restricted,
unrestricted, designated or endowment, providing totals,
budgets, analysis and printing the 'Statement of Financial
Activity' (SOFA) with a few mouse clicks. You can print
your statement of assets and liabilities easily whenever
you want.
If you are unsure about setting up accounts, entering
transactions, transfers, post box accounts, prepayments
and accruals or fixed assets Finance Co-ordinator has
step-by-step 'Assistants' to help you. Drop down menus
also make entering transactions simple by providing
quick and easy access to income, expenditure, bank and
cash account codes.
You can have unlimited account codes and analyse them
individually or collectively. You can set budgets on
account codes and funds with budget reports available.
Finance Co-ordinator manages prepayments and accruals
easily and at the year-end it produces all the necessary
reports with just a few mouse clicks.
