In MyGiving.Online, you may encounter a single donor you’ve entered who’s had duplicated donor records created by accident. One solution to this problem is to manually delete the donations from one record and re-enter them against the other. But this can be time consuming, especially if there are a large number of donations to re-enter. Fortunately, MyGiving has a simple and easy resolution to this predicament: a feature that allows users to merge multiple donor records into one.
