Here’s how it works:

Record Management:

We use your manual records to input donor details and Gift Aid declarations into Donations Coordinator.
We’ll send you a quarterly ‘donations due’ report to update totals and new donor information.

Data Entry & Verification:

New data is entered into MyGiving.Online, and we produce a ‘pre-claim’ report for your review.
Upon confirmation, we submit the claim directly to HMRC through the Charities Online facility.

Claim Processing:

Once approved, reclaimed funds are deposited directly into your organisation’s bank account.
Optional thank-you letters and tax statements can be provided for your donors.

Our pricing is simple, ensuring your organisation can access the benefits of Gift Aid — without breaking the bank.

Minimum cost: £25 per quarter or 1% of donations, whichever is greater
Quarterly payments: £25 via standing order (additional costs invoiced if applicable)

All prices include VAT, and even with just £10 of eligible donations per week, the extra income from Gift Aid easily covers the service cost.
