A comprehensive course for those who wish to take advantage of the additional donation opportunities and facilities available from MyGiving.Online. The items covered include setting up MyGiving.Online, adding purposes, methods, donors and adding users with relevant permissions. We will also be linking credit/debit cards and Direct Debit donations to your MyGiving account and creating a Donate Now button and adding it to a website. Importing from bank statements, setting up regular gifts and standing orders, producing donation reports, making online claims, recording and processing GASDS donations, audit trails for HMRC inspection, importing and exporting records.
Being a cloud based application the MyGiving.Online training is run in a lecture style for three hours, including a break. Notes can be taken throughout the lecture and the trainers are happy to take questions throughout the session.
